CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FITNESS
Burn Off: This total body workout will get your heart rate up, challenge your lungs, and push your muscles. You’ll love the interval training with cardio bursts. No two workouts are the same. Suitable for any levels…but be prepared to sweat!
Cardio Circuit: This high energy, ever changing class will hit you with cardio, core, power, circuits, tabata, intervals and a variety of equipment. Don’t forget to grab a water and a towel before class starts!
Core Essentials: All About Your Core - and your arms;) This class focuses on your core muscles! We will use MoveBalls, dumbbells, TRXs, core balls, bands and/or mat work. It will be a surprise AND and challenge, every time.
Express Circuit: Looking to "muscle up" during your noon hour? This circuit-style class will push your own personal strength, by using body weighted exercises and a variety of portable equipment.
FUNctional: This low impact class will make you sweat while being conscientious of joints, injuries, and varying levels of progression. FUNctional is for all those who are seeking a fitness class that will focus on weight bearing exercises, improved cardio, and real life movements to carry over into everyday life so you are strong, healthy and confident. (This class is an appropriate choice for 55+)
Kickboxing: This progressive fitness kickboxing class will start at the basics and move you beyond. Each week will challenge you and teach you more. This class format integrates punches, kicks and circuit training. You will have fun, reduce stress and get an awesome workout. Hand wraps, gloves, focus pads, kick shields will all be utilized to make you feel like a total badass! NOTE: Hand wraps are mandatory and can be purchased at class for you to keep. *

Monday Morning Surprise: This class will be different each week - working all different systems of the body - strength, power, endurance, cardio and mobility. This class will be full of modifications for each level of fitness and available for any ages.
moveBALL: This is your "bang for your buck” workout. These full body movements will help increase your muscular strength, cardio system and your metabolism! You will love the interval training! No matter what fitness level you are at, you will be challenged and rewarded!
Pure Strength: Push your own personal strength; using weights, TRXs and various other equipment. Your muscles will be tired, but the strength you find will help you stand stronger and taller for longer!
Power Up: Push your own personal strength; using weights and various other equipment. This is a great fit for anyone who is looking for a new, strength challenge, regardless if you are new to the gym or an established gym rat. Each week is the same workout, you will increase weight or time goals so you can see your progression in real time.

Roll with Mobility: This class will have your focused on mobility work, flexibility, join stability and increasing your range of motion in all areas. You will use different pieces of equipment, including a foam roller to help your body feel refreshed.
Saturday Sweat Surprise: No rules! Show up Saturday mornings ready to challenge yourself, instructor's choice. Be ready to sweat! (different instructors every Saturday)
Sinister Circuit: This circuit will increase strength, stamina, and agility through a series of drills, explosive movements, and resistance training.
Step! Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular box, with risers. The beat of the music will have you forgetting you are even working out. This is a guaranteed NO BURPEES class!
Strong! Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories working out and at rest. Use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscle gets neglected!
Strength & Roll: Strength training + Foam Rolling = The perfect mix. Please bring your own foam roller.
Strengthen & Lengthen: This class combines purposeful and strong strength movements. A variety of different equipment and knowledgeable instructors will walk you through a safe but challenging workout. A large portion of the class will focus on functional movements that help maintain and increase mobility. We can NOT get stronger if we continue to tighten up and restrict our movements!! Foam rollers, sticks, and bands may be incorporated to assist in the mobility work.
20/20: Get ready! 20 minutes of crazy cardio ... followed by 20 minutes of super strong strength work.
Tough Mother: This unique child friendly class allows you to workout with other moms, focusing on increasing your metabolism, muscle tone, and torching calories. This class specializes in restoring core strength, and scaling workouts to accommodate for those bodies new to fitness, getting back to it after having those babies, along side those accustomed to working out. This is a safe, non-judgmental environment where we get in 45 minutes of mid-impact fitness, in a different way every week to keep it interesting. The kiddos watch you work while they play and you get to have some time dedicated to you, your health, and your overall well being with women in the same stages of life you are.
Total Body Reset: Start your day with a strengthening mobility class. You will be working on flexibility, joint stability and increasing rang of motion. Take away all the aches and pains while getting to the root of some movement issues.
Total Body with TRX: Make your body your machine! This suspension training tool utilizes bodyweight exercise to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Users leverage gravity and their own body weight to create a workout that is specific to their fitness level. Your certified TRX trainer will keep classes interesting and challenging for everyone! (Child friendly)
TRX Combo: This class will never be the same! TRX will be paired with something different every class. TRX/MoveBALL, TRX/Weights, TRX/Kickboxing, TRX/Core balls, TRX/Skipping… we could go on and on. Lots of fun! Lots of sweat!
TRXpress: Make your body your machine! This 40 minute class will push you to your limits; you will get a terrific full body workout over the noon hour and get on with the rest of your day feeling amazing! (Children welcome, no childminding available)
** Open Gym: Open gym will have a different circuit every week for participants to challenge themselves and compare and improve upon their individual reps and weights. There will also be the opportunity for people to do their own workouts, but in the same slot. Participants can still sign up in MindBody, but can arrive anywhere within the posted time.
YOGA
Ahhhh…. Yoga: Tired and achy after your day? Is your mind racing? Do you need to schedule in some “you” time. This class will provide you with time to breathe and give your mind, fascia and muscles exactly what they need. You will do pressure-point work with a tennis ball; foam roller work combined with slow sequenced poses; gentle movements and postures; yin-style poses to move “past” the aches; restorative poses to deepen and relax your tired body. Every class will be different, you will always have time to explore some guided meditation or the quiet, mindful work of silence.
Ashtanga: This powerful healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.
BroYoga - Yoga for Dudes: This class is designed to get men on a yoga mat! A beginning yoga class specifically for men. This class will introduce men to yoga, reduce stress and release muscular holding patterns that are typical in men's bodies. Strong, energetic,and challenging, this class combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, stress-reducing, flexibility-enhancing yoga postures within a fun, supportive space. (This class will be offered in the evenings, if there is enough interest.)
Core Fusion: This class will include core work, strong postures, and lengthening movements. This is a class designed for strength and focus. Slow, challenging movements, along with various props and equipment make this class a great fitness/yoga fusion class.
Freedom Flow: Expect the strength and challenge of Power, the alignment of Iyengar with the grace of Vinyasa Flow. Zan will asses the energy in the room and it will simply flow from there. Expect some hard-core CORE work, and lots of inspiration both in the passion of her delivery and the intensity of the postures. Modifications for all levels.
Hatha Flow: This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath, meditation and postures – while challenging your co-ordination through smoothly flowing movements.
Gentle Hatha: Enjoy the benefits of Hatha yoga at a slower, more restorative pace. Great for all levels, those working through injuries, and those just beginning a physical exercise routine.

Yang/Yin Yoga: Yoga for life! Make it count, make it real! This yoga class will incorporate flow, strength, power and core work - the yang! However, it will wrap up with slow, soft, relaxing, lengthening movements to complete your evening with some yin.
Yoga Strong: This class blends traditional yoga moves, to increase flexibility, strength, muscle endurance and balance, with strong poses and patterned breathing – suited for the conditioned athlete AND all other yogis who are looking for a greater physical focus, within a yoga practice. Yoga Nidra: A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like a "going-to-sleep" stage. Sabrina will beautifully ease you into a guided sleep meditation.
