INDIVIDUALIZED WORKOUTS/YOGA PRACTICES

We will be offering individualized "at-home" workouts/yoga practices.
Every week we will email AAY videos directly to your INBOX.
These workouts and yoga practices will be based on YOUR requests.

For example, you might want 1 strength, 1 intense but short workout, 2 vinyasa yoga practices and 1 gentle practice. Each week, we would send out 4-5 videos that fit YOUR description.

$35/week - individualized videos for one email
$95/month - individualized videos for 4 weeks (*Includes nutritional information and recipes each week.)

​EMAIL us and we will send you a form to fill out. We will send you videos that will motivate and support you.

We can host private yoga, TRX, kickboxing, cooking, etc sessions! Businesses, groups and teams are welcome to use our space and/or book our instructors for a private class. ​
