This is the BEST opportunity to familiarize yourself with different equipment, different fitness and/or yoga formats - in a safe, fun and supportive space.

Together, we will set some goals and make a plan that fits YOU! Everyone approaches their workouts differently. 

Some people are looking to add an "extra" workout time, with a trainer, into their regular workouts. Some people are looking to understand the fundamentals of yoga, so they can join into a class, down the road.  Some people are wanting to workout at home, but just don't know where to start. Others will add in a combination, plus our OPEN GYM option.
