Intermediate - upper body focus
No jump workout.
- 20 sec work - 20 sec work - 45 sec work - 60 sec work Warm up before you do this class. Grab a little set of weights, if you have any.
Kim will get you moving!
TABATA for the first 27 minutes
YOGA FLOW with a hip focus for second 25 minutes 4 combinations of sweaty fun! This is a short step class. You can lengthen this out with squats, tricep dips, push ups and a few other 1 minute challenges at the end.
128 BMP works This is a short step class. A few steps. A few turns. A few mistakes.
If have a Power Music BPM 128 that I used for this. The music runs straight through without any delays between songs. I would suggest playing your own music at the same time. FUNctional Fitness - Kim will run through a low impace workout with light weights.
This 38 minute workout alternates an isolated (ISO) movement with a powerful cardio movement. 45 second intervals.

10 different exercises - dumbbell/moveBALL option
-45 sec work - 20 sec work - 20 sec work - 45 sec work This is a NO jump, NO equipment class. Lots of plank and core work, alternating with lower body movements.
As always, a challenging TRX workout with Kim.
This is a great TRX class. Nothing fancy, just hard work.
5 sets of full body exercises - MoveBALL or dumbbell is optional .
It's a sweaty one, even without any extra weights. 40 sec WORK 12 sec REST This video is cut a little short at the end - - you will need to stretch on your own. This is just a little blurb and demo of some of my favourite stretches.
This is a shorter workout/yoga practice. I love combining the mindful elements of a yoga practice with some equipment and core work. This would be a great addition to a run/treadmill/walk OR simply a nice way to get moving, while feel the strength of your core at work.
This 43 minute workout will get you going. Grab a MB and/or some weights.
