- You can access workouts, short yoga practices and longer theme-based practices, depending on what you feel like.
- Once you have completed a class, go to MINDBODY and click on "Virtual" Prerecorded Class" and sign yourself in. There is NO time associated with this class sign up - - it simply holds all of us accountable for the classes.
