You need to DOWNLOAD the ZOOM app. Please get yourself registered - on MINDBODY - at least 30 minutes BEFORE the class begins. We will send you the ZOOM code via text and/or email, 30 minutes before the class starts.
Try to join about 5 minutes ahead of time, so we can chat!! When the class begins, please MUTE your microphone and get ready for a GREAT WORKOUT!!!

We have one ID number that you can use for ALL our classes! 
We will keep it super simple for everyone.
