For the love of FOOD!!!  

Food is a pretty important part of our who we are.  
​Habits!  Family! Friends! Social settings! A place to gather! 


Ultimately, you can't "out exercise" bad eating... so... there must be a way to savour and enjoy food without feeling guilt or regret!  

I didn't grow up cooking,  baking or canning. 
​Now that I am "all grown up", I am finding out how much I LOVE cooking and preparing snacks!
I love sneaking "healthy" foods into my family's meals; I love finding healthier alternatives to meals; I love learning about how our bodies use proteins, superfoods, water and other nutrients and ingredients to work harder for us!!!!  

​This is simply a place for me to share what I have found!​
