While facilitating group fitness and yoga classes, along with private and one-on-one training, workshops, and off-site retreats, she tries to instill realistic, simple practices regarding physical potential, emotional well-being, and healthy lifestyles. Jamie-Dee is skilled at introducing athletes to proper form, the ‘whys’ behind those movements, and pushing them to realize the potential they each have. She has 25+ years of experience in working with “un-doing” poor training form and repetitive movements while rebuilding healthy, strong bodies.

Kim Dunn has a long history with sport at many levels and brings with her knowledge to help athletes train and fuel their bodies for healthy growth, performance, and recovery. She is a firm believer that a healthy relationship with food, early on, and a knowledge of how that food affects your body will set up today's athletes with longevity in sport and life. The athlete’s body has unique needs. The youth athlete is still growing and forming; their needs are even greater. Kimberley Dunn Nutrition & Conditioning uses a direct approach with realistic, simple practices displaying both the “how” and the “why” so athletes and parents can develop the skills required in the kitchen and on the road.

Blake Machan has deep roots in sport. With three Provincial championships in hockey, baseball considerations in the US, and a single-digit handicap in golf, it was his love for the game of football that led him to the U of C and the Calgary Stampeders.
On the surface, Blake checked all the boxes of a successful athlete. Confident. strong, and resilient. Underneath this mask, however, Blake was struggling with mental illness. After being released by the Stamps, the tough transition from being “Blake Machan the athlete” led to deeper depression as he continued to leverage poor coping skills. After a panic attack in 2013, and a trip to the emergency room, Blake came face to face with his mental illness. Blake’s journey has propelled his desire to help others through Thrive Sport Project and the Anchored Performance program.
