We have years of experience working with youth!  We will challenge and support, regardless if this is one-on-one training, small group,  via Zoom, or in a team setting.

  • For the athlete who needs to increase their ROM (Range of Motion)

  • For the athlete who knows the value of a yoga practice
  • For the athlete who knows the value of injury prevention
  • For the athlete who wants to expand their knowledge of using lacrosse balls, bands & foam roller work appropriately

​FACE-TO-FACE  TRAINING
We are creating time slots and programming for athletes that would like to work with our trainers.  We will physically distance ourselves from your athletes, while still providing challenging, sport specific training AND/OR core strength/stability and yoga training.

"LIVE" ZOOM TRAINING 
We will continue to provide regular training, via ZOOM.  This would allow athletes to workout from home.

ONLINE ACCESS
We have created (and continue to add to)  AAY online pages.  Athletes can access these pages; they can follow our suggested schedule; they can pick and choose their workouts.
These pages include: Tabata, AMRAPs, core work, yoga, stretching, strength work, etc.

We can host private yoga, TRX, kickboxing, cooking, etc sessions! Businesses, groups and teams are welcome to use our space and/or book our instructors for a private class. ​
