Certified Professional Nutritional Coach for Athletes
PRICING LIST - NUTRITION
My Objective :
I believe that the only way to make long term change is to do it slowly, in small steps that are easy to implement for the individual. I don't believe that any one method works for every single person so I try to be very flexible in my approach and look at nutrition as more than just food. We have feelings attached to food, it's part of our heritage, our memories, our social life and so we need to find a relationship with food that allows us to enjoy all the things that matter, and still work towards the individuals goal. Physical Movement, Stress, Sleep Habits, Career, and Life stages all affect the outcome of a healthy body. I prefer to allow the client to guide me in the direction of the changes they want to make first, then add to those changes as they get more comfortable with the process. This is YOUR plan, I am here to help you along that path in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Coaching Levels:
Level 1: 90% of people will fall under Level 1 coaching which means that they are needing to dial in solid nutrition, portion control, stress and sleep management and learn to build solid foundational habits that will go long term in everyday life. They generally have a desire to change body composition on a larger scale, and have very basic skills in terms of nutrition knowledge. This person has many limiting factors that have stalled them from making changes in the past. This level uses tools like the eyes and the hands to determine portions and "how much". (Think in terms of a handful of veggies or a palm of protein is an example). Small changes will make big impacts within this group, we can make several small changes over time that see results in a healthy and steady rate. These clients may not even know how to cook or may hate cooking all together, we can work with that!
Level 2: clients are generally higher level athletes and those who have a really solid foundation in terms of health and fitness and require specific help in getting the nutrition piece of their life dialed in. These clients often want to use macros and prefer weighing and measuring their foods in order to achieve specific body composition or performance goals. This client is generally disciplined in several areas of their life and can maintain structure and scheduling as required.
Level 3: clients are those with highly specific needs, they compete in things like fitness modelling, bodybuilding, or sports like competitive boxing where weight is part of the equation for success. These clients are highly regimented, aim to maintain an extremely low body fat percentage and cycle through water cutting before competition. This client requires very strict intake, and needs a highly disciplined approach in coaching to ensure health is not put at risk for the sake of a "cut".
Initial Assessment and Consultation
I send out an email with intake forms that asks a lot of questions, this needs to be filled out along with 3 days of food journaling which will get turned back to me. I will use the information you provide me and come up with a plan that I think will work based on everything from: Goals, Limiting Factors (things that hold you back), sleep, stress, and lifestyle. We can meet in person, or via Zoom to go through some options and then you decide if any of those feel like they are something you can get behind.
$80.00 (consult fee waived if client signs up for monthly programming)

A one time 3-4 hour Assessment for those who live as couples, roommates, families, students. I will come to your kitchen where we will go through a family specific plan to generate easy and healthy eating habits that everyone in the household can get behind. I will provide a kitchen purge where I will go through either your pantry, or fridge and freezer to help you move foods into the correct areas of your home so healthy foods are within arms reach and the treats and less desirable items to a location that will work best for the family to obtain their goals. We will discuss your families unique challenges and come up with a plan to overcome those and create new habits. We will look at labels and determine what to watch for to ensure good tasting healthy choices are available.
Within 3 days of our visit a follow up email will be provided with nutritious and delicious recipes to try out, and a worksheet to help with weekly meal planning and prep to get your whole household eating better and getting your health on track.
$400.00 one time fee
Note: It is beyond my scope of practice to treat medical conditions such as diabetes, IBS, Celiac, severe allergies etc with the food plans offered through my programming. If anyone in your household has medical conditions we will need to clear those with a doctor prior to creating a plan to ensure the health of all family members are top priority.
