GREEN MONSTER SMOOTHIE
THIS IS THE RECIPE THAT SAWYER ASKED, "IS THERE CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH IN THERE?"
1 cup almond milk (I often use Almond Coconut Milk)
1 cup kale or spinach
1 banana
handful of ice cubes
1 TBS almond butter
1 TBS chia or flaxseed (add hemp hearts if you aren't adding in the protein powder)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder 
sprinkle of cinnamon *** This is the KEY ingredient

BLUEBERRY CACAO SMOOTHIE​
​
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen spinach
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tsp spirulina (optional)


Add 1 - 1 1/2 cups liquid (milk, almond milk, water, etc)

NUTRIENT DENSE BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE​

1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, cherries, blackberries)
1/2 cup frozen avocado
1/2 cup kale
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 tsp greens powder (optional)

BEGINNER'S GREEN SMOOTHIE
2 bananas
1 cup water
1/2 bunch of "green" - romaine, spinach,kale
1 cup strawberries

* Add ice if using all fresh fruit - I actually prefer using frozen fruit most of the time

CHOCOLATE PB & BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1 banana
2 TB natural peanut or almond butter
2 dates
1 TB cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder - optional
1-2 cups of almond milk
1/2 cup ice

* Hemp hearts and chia seeds are always an extra add in
