AAYouth CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AAYouth Athletic Training
(Mondays 4:00-5:00 pm)
This one hour session helps our young athletes experience all elements of a complete athlete. Functional full-body fitness. Agility drills. Interval training. Core stability. Yoga. Athlete-specific stretching, along with range of motion movements to reduce sports-related injuries.
$150 for ALL sessions (Oct-Feb)
$120 for 10 session pass
(Passes can be used for any of the 16 sessions to fit into a family's busy life.)
AAYouth HIIT
(Tuesdays 3:30-4:00 pm)
This 30 minute "ish" session is designed to push and develop our young athletes. We will focus on improving speed, agility, lung capacity and mental toughness, through short, powerful interval training.
$120 for ALL sessions (Oct-Feb)
AAYouth Strength Training
(Thursdays 7:15 am We may also open up a second morning time slot.)
This early morning session will focus on weight training, plyometrics, along with a variety of full-body functional movements.Training will be specific to the individual. Using dumbbells, medicine balls, squat rack, MoveBalls, stability balls, BOSU balls and other equipment, our youth athletes will learn how to safely build muscular strength. Muscular strength directly impacts speed, power, change of direction and endurance.
$200 for ALL sessions (Oct-Feb)

(Includes all youth sessions, with the options of additional morning sessions and/or joining other classes that fit.
