Open Gym: Open gym will have a different circuit every week for participants to challenge themselves and compare and improve upon their individual reps and weights. There will also be the opportunity for people to do their own workouts, but in the same slot.
If you are interested in doing some personal training, to become familiarized with the squat rack and different lifting and weight exercises, we have options to set up strength programs with one of our trainers, (3 initial sessions). Participants would then have the use of the studio - in a small, supportive and quiet setting - to work through a program, please EMAIL us directly if you are wanting some personal training sessions first.
Who is this for?
- This option is for anyone that is looking for a quieter space to work out, without the group fitness class environment.
- This is for the individual that wants to work out early morning, noon or later at night.
